The Igbo rapper, has stated that much would be expected in the album as he has been working towards it on a lowkey.
  “I have been working on my album on a low key and the sophomore album drops this year.The title of the album will be “The Playmaker".The rapper who explained that he got the title from his friends,said
    “Well it's something that people have been calling me for a while now,when the album drops finally,you are going to understand why it is the playmaker,even on the football field,you know who a playmaker is,likewise business, that's the role am playing in the album.
  Phyno  started his musical career as a producer in 2003.He is renowned for rapping in Igbo language .His debut album “No Guts No Glory "was released in 2014.It produced the singles ”Ghost Mode", “Man of the Year", ”Parcel" and ”O set".

According to a friend of the top actor ,Yinka Akanbi ,Amata was robbed  of his metallic grey Lexus 470 SUV with License plate AGL 414 CU around 2:30 a.m on Saturday ,June 25, 2016.
  Other items  taken from him includes his phones and personal belongings
  Amata was robbed at gunpoint in front of his house gate .The armed robbers bundled him and dropped him at Fadeyi Bridge,Lagos at 2:30 am after taking his shoes .Amata was recently sworn in as the President of the Directors Guild of Nigeria (DGN) on Friday ,April 8 ,2016 at O'jez Lounge ,National Stadium ,Lagos after his third attempt at getting the post.

In an exclusive interview with Fix FM's Lorin Cee ,Lipede Adewole of Backhome Productions, a media outfit based in LA with affiliation with BET international ,plans were far advanced for Wizkid to join Drake perform at BET Awards 2016 scheduled to hold on June 28,2016 .
  Answering a  question as to which artiste from Africa could make  a debut on the awards stage ,Lipede  broke the big news as he said ; This year we ate working on a big deal .Hopefully we can get wizkid to join Drake on Stage .It is just a matter of time.
The pair's One Dance collaboration is still doing well at number one on the Billboard Hot 100  charts.
  Wizkid has also been nominated in the Best International Act Africa Category,where he is to slug it out with fellow Nigerian act Yemi Alade amongst a host of other top African acts such as Cassper Nyovest(South Africa), Diamond  Platinumz ( Tanazia) and AKA ( South Africa).

Nigerian Comedian, Koffi Idowu - Nuel lost his 68 year old father ,Raheem Alao Idowu to death.
According to reports, Pa Raheem passed away on Tuesday, June 21,2016 after battling a brief illness and was buried on Wednesday June ,22 2016 .
The sad incidence in coming days after the comedian began shooting for his new TV show ,Awada Express .
  Koffi joined Theatre  15 in 1998 and trained as a stage actor,dancer and comedy opening act.His first major television breakthrough was a feature on the hit comedy campus sitcom “ Twilight Zone" popularly referred to as “shake body" where he reinvented the Dauda Character.As a standup comic he hosted events regularly about school and opened up before plays ran to a paying student audience and in 2003 he auditioned for the famous Nigerian Comedy event “Night of a thousand Laugh" where he got chosen as one of the four qualifiers to perform at the annual concert from a total thirty four talents.

  On Wednesday June 22 ,2016 ,the short clip  showing the African Star and American Rapper and some friends was seen circulating online,leding credence to their new collaboration .The song was produced by  Legendury Beatz.
With this ,the Ojulegba Cronner continues  to enjoy back to back success as he sojourns into further greatness with this craft.
  The timeline of his international affiliations in recent times, from his collaborations to performance and tour appearances, has been impressive and note worthy to say the least.
On Tuesday, June  14  2016, the starboy shared on Instagram photos with British - Nigerian Music star Tinie Tempah in the Dominican Republic,and it got the fans buzzing.
The song MAMACITA dropped shortly after ,with Wizzy and Tinie delivering in style on the record.

YBNL leader has proven to be a man of his word especially with his relationship and deals with signed artiste.
He's repeatedly said he only  signs a 2 year deal with all his artistes after which they are free to go.
With the exit of Lil kesh from the deal on the expiration of his deal in April 2016 ,we now have feelers that talented singer ,Adekunle Gold may be the next in line to leave the label.
Sources have now told us that Adekunle Gold is next in line .After his album drops this month ,Kunle may leave YBNL to focus on his own  record label .
  His new label we gather will be called Gold Records. Somehow, the trend remains the same .Olamide left ID Canada after dropping the YBNL album which became his record label name,Lil kesh also left YBNL after dropping  his YAGI album which became the name of his label as well. Adekunle's debut album is also o titled GOLD which may very well become the name of  his record label too
